About Xnovation
The Story
We are a minority-owned domestic semiconductor company, formed to develop shore to shore packaging services. We are delivering a full suite of backend services; Custom packages, Package innovation, Hybrid, innovation - QFN, Copper Clip, Power SIP, TSV, and Stacked, Power MCM, and Hybrid Technology. The team, recognizing the need for domestic integration of leading edge-nodes and mature nodes in the semiconductor ecosystem, began to develop a team of industry pioneers and experts to create, develop and commercialize an integrated approach to semiconductor packaging and forged a partnership with LA Semiconductor (LAS). Xnovation is located on the LAS Fabrication Campus in Pocatello, Idaho.

Executive Team Leaders
Ellington Ellis
Co-founder of Global battery Solutions; acquired in 2022 by ATC Drivetrain. He is Co-inventor-patent incelligentCell™. He also is a pioneer in DEI program development.
Frederiek Toney
A former global president and officer at Ford Motor Company, having retired in 2022. Toney revamped the Ford customer service division, and accelerated it to the gold standard of the automotive industry. He serves on several corporate Boards.
Emmett Moten
A pioneer in economic development, and a Real Estate magnate. He is the the founder of the Bagley Group, and several other highly successful companies. He serves
on several boards.
Technology Team Leaders
Mike Ward
A pioneer in ASIC design. Having co- founded Linear Dimensions (Now Analog Devices), He founded Linear Asics, and founder of LA Semiconductor. He holds over 20 Patents.
Guy Wicker
A pioneer in chip design and phase change material. He worked with Stan Ovshinsky at ECD for more than 20 years, and is the chief architect of the 3D XPoint non-volatile memory technology. He is the President and
co-founder of Ovshinsky Innovation alongside the late Bob Stempel and Stanford Ovshinsky.
He holds over 20 Patents.
Ted Hollinger
A pioneer in integrated circuit design. He is a former Director of Engineering at Ford Motor. He is the Co-founder of 2 public companies. He holds over 20 patents in Integrated circuits and power electronics.
